We have a new black 19" Superior Poley with horn that has tear in the serge material in the center channel behind the crupper bar. We have produced a very limited number of these heavy duty working-style saddles. Ideal for trail riding or ranch work, the Stockman is very secure and very comfortable. The leather is a rich looking, drum dyed oxblood color. The poleys are set relatively high on the pommel and the cantle angle is steep, giving it a deep seated feel. Extra security and support is given by the 2 1/2 inch thigh pads. It has thick acrylic fleece panels which will work nicely on a wide variety of horse types. It has a bit more of a Western look to it than most Australian style saddles, and is even girthed Western style. Rear girth points are included in case you want to use a rear cinch (not included), but the main cinch is right in the center of gravity, so it is unlikely that you'll actually need a rear cinch.
