New from Syd Hill is this synthetic stock saddle. Very light weight (just 13 pounds without fittings) and comfortable, it is terrific for trail riding or endurance. The flaps are made of a smooth, padded, leather-look synthetic material - chosen for good looks and durability. The seat and poleys are made of a sure-grip synthetic equi- suede material. Traditional Aussie serge panels are color matched to the saddle.

The saddle has dual English width billet straps and an overgirth slot, so it can be used either with or without an overgirth. Supplied with Down Under series nubuck leathers and four-bar brass stirrups. This can be upgraded to Australian made biothane leathers and polymer stirrups for extra light weight and ease of care. Neoprene girth included.

New from Syd Hill is the synthetic crossbreed saddle. The halfbreed saddle combines the best elements of both Western and Australian style saddles.  It has the swinging fenders, fleece panels, and rigging system of a Western saddle, but the secure poleys and compact size of an Aussie saddle.

Very light weight (just 15 pounds including stirrups) and comfortable, it is terrific for trail riding or endurance. The saddle is made of a smooth, padded, leather-look synthetic material - chosen for good looks and durability. The seat and poleys are made of a sure-grip synthetic suede material. The tree is made of a durable, light weight RIM plastic material, with steel gullets and waistbands.
