Exmoor, Britain's last wilderness originally settled around the 7th century BC, is famous for is ancient woodlands and wild ponies. Around 200 of these wild ponies still roam freely on the moor, arriving originally during the Ice Age, migrating with the seasons, while Britain was still joined to the continent.

For light weight and close contact with the horse, this English saddle can't be beat. Handmade on a hand-strained wood and steel spring tree, it has a soft leather seat with a square-back cantle and firm but supple leather flaps. The panels are closed cell foam covered with leather for a close fit and great feel.
