Announcements, New Products, and Interesting Information

Sheepskin Saddle Pads
September 2014

We have all of our sheepskin saddle pads back in stock, including a brand new endurance style pad. Sheepskin makes a fantastic saddle pad - it's soft, it's a natural material, and it wicks moisture away from the horse's back. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter, it is a true year-round pad. Made from Australian merino sheepskins.

New Super Grip Pads
August 2014

We've added two new saddle pads to our Super Grip line! One is perfect for Endurance style saddles like our Down Under Longreach Endurance, Kimberley Lite Rider, and Kimberley Synthetic Endurance. The other one works with all Australian saddles and has 12 inch by 12 inch attached bags that are handy for carrying your first aid kit, lunch, phone, or whatever you need with you.

Sometimes a saddle and pad want to slide around on your horse's back. It could be the saddle fitment or the shape of your horse's back, but it can be a tricky thing to fix. This non-slip neoprene pad could be just the ticket! The neoprene bottom helps grip your horse's back, and the sweat flap strap and tie down straps will help keep your saddle and pad working together.

Both the neoprene bottom of the pad and the colorful synthetic top are perforated for better air flow. The foam padding in the pad will compress to just the right thickness for an Australian pad. If you want a non-slip pad but don't want to give up great looks, the Down Under Super Grip line of saddle pads is the one for you.
